SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

If you want to ship us a serialized frame or receiver, special measures must be taken. UNLESS YOU HAVE AN FFL, YOU WILL NEED TO SEND US THE FIREARM THROUGH YOUR LOCAL GUN SHOP (FFL). CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS: 619-596-7444 ALL OTHER GUN PARTS CAN BE SENT TO US DIRECTLY. SERIALIZED BARRELS AND OTHER SERIALIZED PARTS ARE OK TO SHIP. IT IS ONLY THE FRAME OR RECEIVER THAT NEEDS TO GO THROUGH AN FFL.

Step 2

Package your parts securely. We recommend a USPS Small Flat Rate Box. They are trackable, insurable and ship in 2-3 days. Medium and large flat rate boxes are available for larger orders or parts. 

***Make sure to include a filled out order form in the box with your parts!

Step 3

We will contact you via e-mail after your parts arrive at our facility! Return shipping is free on orders of $95 or greater!

before calling to ask if your parts arrived, check the tracking number. if it says they were delivered then yes, they’re here.
